What your daily routine will look like:
- Be the first point of contact for customers by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
- Generating/ follow up leads and reach sales targets
- Follow up any pending applications and maintain client records
- Administrate all paperwork related to customer service
- Use of all necessary software applications to support new and existing customers requests
What profile the ideal candidate should have:
- Proven work experience in a customer service/sales role is a must
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Understanding of the technical aspects of the job role
- Educated to a degree level will be considered as advantage
- Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
- Fluency in Greek and English language
- Computer literate
- Availability to work during weekends or work in shifts ending at 20:00 pm
