    PrimeTel is looking for Technical Support Operator to join the Customer Service team!

    What your daily routine will look like:

    • Provides customer support and acts as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries and complaints
    • Troubleshoots and solves customers’ technical related issues
    • Promotes company’s products and services
    • Handles information and billing inquiries

    What profile the ideal candidate should have:

    • Educated to a degree level. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical area is preferable
    • Experience in a service environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of computer and internet applications
    • Ability to work in a complex and high demanding environment
    • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language
    • Availability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (5 shifts/week)

     

    The Call Center operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
