Customer Service Representative – Nicosia

    PrimeTel PLC is looking to recruit full time Customer Service Representatives for our resellers in Nicosia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell the company’s products and services by provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
    • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a Customer Service position is a must
    • Educated to a degree level will be an advantage
    • Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language
    • Computer literate
    • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
    • Ability to understand the technical aspects of work
    • Ability to deliver under time pressure
    • Availability to work in shifts
