Roll out Coordinator

    What will your job look like?

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

    All you need is…

    • College / University degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
    • Three years working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience with mobile network rollout projects
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong experience with Microsoft Project and working with Microsoft Project Server will be considered as a strong plus
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Experience working independently with multiple simultaneous subjects of a complex nature
    • Excellent verbal skills with proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
    • Excellent command of the spoken/written English language, with ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
