Shop Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the smooth operation of the shop assigned
    • Supervise the Customer Service team in shop
    • Ensure that work procedures are followed; develop and implement new procedures as needed
    • Achieve the KPIs set by management
    • Monitor and handle customer churn rate
    • Handle the in-shop visits for terminations and complaints; when required, carry-out customer service support (technical assistance, new services presentation, billing support, etc.)
    • Develop and manage the team in the assigned shop: provide regular training and day-to-day coaching, assess and drive the team’s performance, identify and apply motivation and retention tools
    • Supervise the cash outflow and the stock/marketing material of the shop assigned
    • Lead the interaction with the other departments involved

    Requirements

    • Educated to a degree level
    • At least 2 years of experience at a supervisory level in a service environment – essential  
    • Excellent customer orientation skills
    • Very good people management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
    • Good understanding of technology
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • Ability to deliver results under pressure
    • Fluency of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must
    • Very good PC skills
