Will I need a satellite dish to receive PrimeTel’s TV channels?
No, you won’t need a satellite dish to receive television channels. All of our PrimeTel services are provided via simple and functional equipment –a modem, decoder and one cable connection. Depending on your location however, an antenna may need to be connected in order to receive local channels.
What kind of equipment will you install, and where?
All of our PrimeTel services are provided via simple and functional equipment –a modem, decoder and one cable connection. Depending on your location, an antenna however may need to be connected in order to receive local channels.
Once we are ready to install your services, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to visit your home, where our technician will install the PrimeTel equipment and guide you through using our services. This will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Installation of the PrimeTel modem will take place at the primary telephone socket of your address. If for some reason you wish to have the services in a different location, or your computer and / or TV are in a different room, please arrange for an electrician to make the necessary modifications to the premise’s wiring, prior to the installation.
Which channels are included in your packages?
All our TV packages include a wide variety of channels to meet your entertainment needs. For a complete list of the channels included please click here.
Also included in all of our TV packages FREE, as a special gift to our subscribers, is the PrimeTel channel (standard price €40.34). Here, we broadcast live and exclusively all the home games of Omonoia and Apollon.
Can I have more than one TV connected to my decoder?
By using an RF Modulator you can connect more than one TV to the decoder (the same channel will broadcast to all the TV sets connected to the decoder). Once installed, the RF Modulator uses the antenna wire already installed so that any TV plugged into this socket will receive the PrimeTV channels.
If however, you wish to watch a different channel on each TV set you can have a 2nd decoder installed (provided your connection bandwidth can support a 2nd decoder). For more information about installing a second decoder please contact us on 133.
Can I watch two different channels on two different televisions at the same time?
Yes, by using the service Multiroom, which includes installation of a second decoder, and costs only an additional €5.04 per month with an additional one-off administration fee of €20.17. You and your family can then watch two different channels on two different televisions at the same time.
