What will you do
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and meaningful communication of results including financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs.
- You will be accountable to the Supervisor of Directory Services Department
- Provide call center operator support for the PrimeTel Directory Inquiries department (11800)
- Attend to customers queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Handle all necessary systems in order to provide exceptional customer support
What we are looking for
- Experience in a services environment is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to handle pressure from customers
- Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language
- Availability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (5 shifts/week)
The Call Center operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
