What your daily routine will look like:

Accountable to the Chief Accountant & Billing Supervisor

  • Handling customer requests in relation to their invoicing (upgrades, downgrades, terminations, activations, change of packages etc).
  • Ensuring proper billing process and accurate invoicing of customers
  • Resolving billing issues with customers
  • On time invoicing of customers
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and company procedures
  • Maintaining daily logs of all transactions

    What profile the ideal candidate should have:

    • Experience in billing methodologies/systems knowledge
    • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • Attention to detail / accuracy
    • Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent computer skills in MS Office -Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Ability to work during weekends/public holidays if needed during Billing cycle run(once per month)

    Remote work is necessary until further notice. All you need is:
