What will your job look like?
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate the corporate market, identify potential customers, and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and other stakeholders within corporate organizations to understand their telecommunication needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate our telecom services and solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition, benefits, and differentiation of our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, finance and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and address customer requirements effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, effectively managing the sales pipeline and forecasting future revenue opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the telecom industry, including emerging technologies, regulations, and market dynamics, and utilize this knowledge to position our offerings competitively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospecting efforts using CRM software or other designated tools.
All you need is…
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other account management tools to track customer interactions, opportunities, and account performance.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
