1. Primetel PLC (hereinafter “PrimeTel”) offers for free for the first two (2) months the monthly fee of Mobile Unlimited plans to all new subscribers who choose to subscribe to PrimeTel’s services with the following packages, until the 15th February 2019, with a twenty four (24) month commitment (hereinafter the “Offer”). The Offer concerns the following packages:· PrimeTel’s Unlimited Mobile Plans on a 24 month contract
· PrimeTel’s Unlimited Plans on a 24 month contract, combined with PrimeTel’s Fixed and Internet Services of any available package on a 24 month contract
· PrimeTel’s Unlimited Plans on a 24 month contract, combined with PrimeTel’s Fiber Home Services of any available package on a 24 month contract
2. The Offer is also available to Existing PrimeTel’s subscribers, provided that the Initial Duration of their existing contract has expired and they don’t benefit from any other offer of PrimeTel, and they will renew their contract to any of PrimeTel’s Unlimited Plans on a 24 month contract.
3. Subscribers who will choose this Offer will benefit the monthly fee for free for the first two (2) months of the duration of the Agreement. After the lapse of the two months, the regular charges of the services will apply in accordance with the published pricelist of PrimeTel.
4. The Offer cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions of PrimeTel.
5. The selected service package remains the same for all the duration of the Agreement and in the event of change of the package the offer ceases to be valid.
6. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic package of the Offer.
7. In case of early termination of the Service Agreement, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, the Early Termination Policy of PrimeTel Agreement shall apply.
8. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) apply as well as the terms and conditions of the individual services as mentioned in paragraph 1.
