Free monthly fee for TV up to the first six (6) months

    1. Primetel PLC (hereinafter “PrimeTel”) offers for free up to the first six (6) months the monthly fee of the TV packages to all new subscribers who choose to subscribe to PrimeTel’s TV Packages, until the 31st May 2019, with a twenty four (24) month commitment, and to existing subscribers of Fixed Telephony and Internet Services, that choose to add a TV package starting from the 24th of October 2018 and until the 30/06/2019 (hereinafter the “Offer”).

    2. The Offer concerns the following TV Packages:
    • Basic Channels
    • Premium TV Package
    • Premium Plus TV Package

    3. The subscribers, who will receive the Offer, will benefit from the Offer according to the TV package that they choose, as follows:
    • Free monthly fee for the first six (6) months of the subscription for the Basic Channels
    • Free monthly fee for the first three (3) months of the subscription for the Premium TV Package
    • Free monthly fee for the first two (2) months of the subscription for the Premium Plus TV Package

    4. After the lapse of the aforementioned time limits, the regular charges of the services will apply in accordance with the published price list of PrimeTel.

    5. The activation cost for the TV Service is twenty four (24) euros. The Subscriber shall pay to PrimeTel the activation cost for the TV Service either once off with the signing of the Agreement or in twenty four (24) installments of one (1) euro.

    6. The Offer cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions of PrimeTel.

    7. The selected service package remains the same for all the duration of the Agreement and in the event of a change of the package the offer ceases to be valid.

    8. In case of early termination of the Service Agreement, thus before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, the Early Termination Policy of PrimeTel Agreement shall apply.

    9. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) apply as well as the special terms and conditions of the TV services.
