    Our dedicated support team is here to offer advice or support for anything that you may need regarding your PrimeTel services.

    2.    Your feedback is priceless!
    We value your feedback regarding your PrimeTel experience. Your comments and suggestions help us to continually improve our service.

    There are several ways you can give us your feedback:

    We promise to respond within 2 working days.


    3.    Technical Support

    We investigate and resolve any technical issues that arise affecting the services we offer you, within 48 hours. In the event the technical issue which is not directly affected by the services we offer, we will advise you in order to find the solution. If technical issues occur due to factors outside of PrimeTel’s control, we will still do all we can to resolve your issues in the quickest time possible.

    If we need to visit your home, we will do so within 72 hours.


    4.    Network maintenance and notification

    Planned maintenance works on our network take place during morning hours. In case that the works might affect your services for more than 30 minutes, we will endeavor to inform you in advance.


    5.    PrimeTel equipment

    If you experience an issue with your PrimeTel equipment that affects your use of our services, we will replace the equipment with one simple visit to a Support Center– no hassle, no charge (excluding damage caused by misuse).


    6.    We will treat your premises with respect

    Our technicians are trained and knowledgeable to offer the best possible service, in a friendly and courteous manner. We will respect your premises and your time!


    7.    The best blockbuster movies!

    We will offer you the best and latest blockbuster movies, available to rent through our MovieClub service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We cooperate with the top Hollywood studios in order to continually develop our TV platform, so as to bring you more content choices, including movies, documentaries, sports, kids programs, series and adult content.


    8.    Mobile Telephony advancement

    Keeping up with technological developments, we are continuously developing and updating our mobile telephony service, and in the near future will be creating our own 4th generation network whilst maintaining a high level of service!
