HR Generalist

Location: Limassol – hybrid

What will your job look like?

  • Handle the start-to-end Talent Acquisition process
  • Identify hiring needs, monitor the related budgets, and coordinate the necessary approvals
  • Manage sourcing of candidates; identify, update, and maintain all relevant talent sources
  • Handle the selection of candidates, participating in the interviews and making recommendations to the hiring managers
  • Handle employment offers and joining formalities
  • Obtain/renew Working Permits for new/existing colleagues whenever necessary
  • Coordinate the newcomers’ Induction program, in collaboration with the Learning & Development team
  • Provide support to all internal customers with regards to Talent Acquisition, HR practices, Policies, and Procedures
  • Manage the exit process for the leavers
  • Maintain and update related records, systems, reports
  • Maintain the relationship with all relevant authorities
  • Take part in various HR projects as needed
  • Observe GDPR in all aspects of the role

All you need is…

  • At least 2 years experience in an HR Generalist role, including Talent Acquisition, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Fluency in Greek and English, verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage large Excel data and analysis, is mandatory
  • Very good written communication skills, with the ability to write reports
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus employment law
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Good numerical understanding
  • Maturity in handling confidential information & high personal ethics and integrity are essential
  • Ability to prioritize and to meet tight deadlines, without close supervision
  • University Degree in Human Resources Management is desirable
  • Availability to Work from Home, with occasional visits to the office
  • Availability for occasional travel to other Company locations throughout Cyprus
