Reactivation Service Fee update

Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) announces the following rates as per its obligation according to Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2204. As from 01/01/2022 the charges of the below services are modified as follows:

Reactivation of mobile or/and fixed telephony & Internet Services


New fee from 01/01/2022

Reactivation Service Fee

€ 5 per account


(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
