How can I check my account balance?


View bills and account balance

   from My Primetel APP
   - Select the “Account” tab
   - Select “View Account”
   - Then proceed to “My Bills”

from My Primetel Selfcare
   
- Login to selfcare.primetel.com.cy
   - Go to "View and pay bills" under the section "My Bills"
   - Here you can view and pay your bills

View your Mobile current account balance
(charges not invoiced yet)

   from My Primetel APP
   - Select the “Account” tab
   - Select “View Account”
or

   from My Primetel Selfcare
   - login to selfcare.primetel.com.cy

   - Go to "Mobile" under "My Services" 
   - Click on "Spending & Wallet"
