Analogue PSTN / ISDN BRI

Analog and digital lines for small and medium businesses are offered with low fixed costs and competitive call rates. Telephony is offered either in combination with Business Internet solutions or as a stand-alone

  • #21# to disable unconditional forwarding for your incoming calls.
  • *22number# to enable forwarding for your incoming calls when line is busy.
  • #22# to disable forwarding for your incoming calls when the line is busy.
  • *23number# to enable forward incoming calls only if they have not been answered after 5 rings.
  • #23# to disable forward incoming calls only if they have not been answered after 5 rings

ISDN PRI / Mini- PRI

Primetel’s expertise in PRI telephony services is extensive. A fully compatible service is offered with any Telephone System (PBX) or device ensuring support for all standard features of the service. ISDN PRI service supports 30 channels for telephony. Portability of existing number ranges is carried out without limitations on number of DIDs and at no extra cost or fixed charge.

Unconditional Call Forwarding Service for SIP Trunks and ISDN PRIs

VoIP Telephony is another pioneer product from Primetel. Primetel has a next-generation VoIP backbone, therefore offering SIP Trunks directly to the customer equipment is possible. Flexibility on a number of channels is possible beginning with low-end 4 channel solutions up to but not limited to 32 channels. As with all our Telephony solutions portability of existing number ranges is carried out without limitations on number of DIDs and at no extra cost or fixed charge avoiding unnecessary changes already known by your customers.
Business Trunk Forwarding


This feature will allow you to unconditionally forward all numbers under the same Trunk to another number. This feature has lower priority over “Single Number Forwarding for Trunks” feature and therefore will not overwrite any forwarding configuration performed by it.

From where to Dial? What to Dial?
Activate From any number belonging to the trunk you want to activate the forwarding. 44XXXXXXXX
Deactivate From any number belonging to the trunk you want to cancel the forwarding. 45XXXXXXXX

XXXXXXXX must be a Cyprus geographical or mobile number and this will be the number where your calls will be forwarded to.
This feature is only available to Business SIP trunks and ISDN PRI trunks services.
“Business Trunk Forwarding” feature has lower priority over “Single Number Forwarding for Trunks” feature.
A PIN number is required in order to activate or deactivate the feature.
“Business Trunk Forwarding” feature can also be controlled via an IVR system that can be reached by calling to 77776012, providing proper credential information and following the menus.

8000 – Toll Free Numbers can enhance your business through a variety of different applications. An essential part of most marketing campaigns, they are also used for customer care lines to enhance loyalty. Our Toll Free service offers flexibility, network resilience and competitive prices that make all types of business accessible and rewarding.
Single Number Forwarding for Trunks
This feature allows you to unconditionally forward all calls for your number to another number.

Deactivate From the number you want to remove the active call forward. 20 or 22152222
