Accounts Manager | Limassol

Join our Finance Team

We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our Finance Team. You will lead our Accounts Department, overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and driving business growth through timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.


Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in Limassol.

What will your job look like?

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • The implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Participate in financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide recommendations on potential impacts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports.


All you need is…

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting standards and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Experience with financial analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
