Apple has announced that its 36th annual Worldwide Developers Conference will begin on Monday, June 9, and conclude on Friday, June 13. WWDC 2025 will primarily be an online event open to all developers at no cost.

Every WWDC opens with a keynote speech on the first day of the event, and this year's keynote will be delivered on June 9. Apple will introduce iOS 19, iPadOS 19, macOS 16, tvOS 19, watchOS 12, and visionOS 3.

WWDC 2025 will include online sessions and labs to help developers learn about new software capabilities and apply them into their apps. The keynote and online workshops will be available on the Apple Developer app, Apple's website, and YouTube.

Apple plans a special in-person component for select developers and students at WWDC 2025, despite the event being online. The WWDC event will be held on June 9 at the Apple Park site in Cupertino, California. Invited attendees can watch the keynote and State of the Union at Apple Park, as well as interact with Apple workers.

Current Apple Developer Program members, Apple Entrepreneur Camp alumni, Swift Student Challenge winners, and current Apple Developer Enterprise Program members can enter to attend the June 9 ‌Apple Park‌ event. Apple will select participants through a random lottery.

Apple held its Swift Student Challenge in February of this year, and results are expected to be announced soon. Those who are selected as Distinguished Winners will be invited to Cupertino for a multi-day trip.

As June approaches, Apple will share more details about WWDC 2025 with developers via the Apple Developer app and website.
