Primetel – No. 1 for price-quality ratio in Cyprus for the year 2023/2024
Primetel emerged as the No.1 Broadband internet service with the best quality-price ratio for the year 2023/2024, garnering the highest number of votes from Cypriot consumers in an independent survey conducted by the international organization ICERTIAS.
Securing the first position in this survey constitutes a significant achievement, reaffirming once again that Primetel fulfils its commitment to offer the best quality at the best price.
About the Survey
The Best Buy Award 2023/2024 research was conducted by ICERTIAS – International Certification Association GmbH on a sample of 1,200 respondents over 18 in Cyprus. The research took place in October 2023 through a web survey using the CAWI – DEEPMA (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing – Deep Mind Awareness) method.
With the spearhead being the Home Fiber service, which offers stable and fast internet at home, Primetel managed to gather the largest number of responses to the question "Identify the name of a telecommunications provider that, according to your personal experience, offers the best quality-price ratio for broadband services (mobile and fixed internet service) in the Cypriot market.

The research measures the best price-quality ratio of products and services offered on the local market, according to the experience and opinion of consumers themselves.
