We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our Technology Team.

Location:  Limassol

What will you be doing?

• Provide technical support to Primetel Employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings etc. 
• Document and maintain records of IT support requests and resolutions
• Work closely with the IT team to identify and implement solutions for enhancing system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new technologies, software applications, or infrastructure enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
• Travel to other locations of the company or other offices in Cyprus as necessary

We are looking for you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workstation and server software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, Windows network, Office 365.
• Networking basics (DHCP, DNS, NTP, etc).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
