OpenAI launches Advanced Voice Mode for more natural interaction with ChatGPT

OpenAI has announced that it will begin rolling out Advanced Voice Mode to ChatGPT Plus subscribers. The new service allows for more natural interaction, including interruptions and emotional responses.

Eligible consumers will receive an email with details on how to use the feature via the website and mobile apps. Advanced Voice Mode will be available to all Plus subscribers this fall, with the capability being introduced gradually.

Advanced Voice Mode includes four preset voices created by OpenAI in collaboration with voice actors. The business stated that this will make the service safer and more engaging for all users.

ChatGPT Plus is more smarter because it has access to the GPT-4 large language model. The tier also includes file uploads, vision and web browsing, and DALL-E image creation. The service costs $20 per month, before taxes.
