1. The “Primetel x VolunTree | Beach Cleanup 2026” mobile offer by Primetel PLC (hereinafter referred to as “Primetel”) is available through special vouchers distributed to participants of the voluntary beach cleanup event at Lady’s Mile on 7 November 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”).
2. Subscribers who benefit from the Offer will receive the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G mobile plan with no monthly fee for the first six (6) full months. From the seventh (7th) month onwards, the monthly fee will be €14.99. The Offer includes free activation and Mobile Security at no additional charge.
3. The Offer is available exclusively to new Primetel mobile subscribers who:
a. Transfer an existing active mobile number (contract or prepaid) to Primetel's GIGA UNLIMITED 5G plan.
b. Subscribe to Primetel's GIGA UNLIMITED 5G plan with a new mobile number.
The Offer does not require a minimum contract commitment.
4. Existing Primetel customers may give their voucher to another person to activate a new subscription. Each person is entitled to redeem only one (1) voucher and activate one (1) new subscription under the Offer.
5. The Offer is available exclusively to residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel reserves the right to assess the subscriber's creditworthiness and solvency before activating the subscription. If the assessment is considered unsatisfactory, the applicant will not be eligible for the Offer.
6. The Offer does not cover any additional charges arising from usage outside the basic mobile plan or from additional services and upgrades selected by the subscriber.
7. Activation of the mobile subscription under the Offer is free of charge.
8. The Offer cannot be combined with other current Primetel mobile offers. It may be combined with Home Internet and/or TV offers, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Each voucher contains a unique redemption code and a QR code linking to an online interest form.
To claim the Offer:
a. The interested person completes the online form with their contact details.
b. Primetel's Telesales team contacts the interested person and requests their unique voucher code.
c. Before activation, the voucher code and the applicant's identity are verified to confirm that the code has not been used previously and that the applicant has not redeemed another voucher under the same Offer.
d. Following successful activation, the unique code is recorded as redeemed and cannot be used again.
10. The deadline for submitting the online interest form is 7 December 2026. Subscription activation may be completed after this date, provided that the form was submitted before the deadline and all eligibility requirements are met.
11. After the first six (6) full months, the monthly fee will be €14.99.
12. Primetel's General Terms and Conditions for Service Provision (GTC) and the Specific Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G plan (STC) apply. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the GTC and/or STC and these terms, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.
13. Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time without an early termination fee, as the Offer does not include a minimum contract commitment.
14. Each voucher may only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
15. Primetel processes personal data collected in connection with the Offer in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), applicable Cypriot legislation and Primetel's Privacy Policy.
