As a RAN Engineer, you will be responsible for perform configuration, implementation, and maintenance various BSS network elements. You must ensure the smooth operation of the BSS infrastructure and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and performance If this role description resonates with you and you think, 'this is me,' then this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization.

Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in either Nicosia or Limassol.

What will you be doing?

• Perform configuration, diagnosis, troubleshooting and routine maintenance of various BSS network elements
• Ensure network uptime through preventive maintenance of BSC and radio sites and effective fault management in case of fault occurrence
• Handle network activities such as swap, software upgrades and license installations
• Assist field engineers perform the on-site activities
• Perform on-call & emergency interventions
• Develop and monitor BSS/BSC KPIs
• Preparing of regular periodic reports on the systems performance
• Responsible for capacity planning, monitoring, reporting and budgeting of BSC/BSS network elements.
• Support the development of the New Generation Mobile Network project / RAN

We are looking for you if you have:

• College/University degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant. 
• At least one year of experience in similar position
• Strong knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE networks architecture and interfaces
• Strong knowledge of physical BSS elements and setup
• Good knowledge of OSS
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Proven record of delivering results under tight deadlines
• Experience working independently with multiple simultaneous subjects of a complex nature
• Excellent command of the spoken/written English language
