Razer Edge is the new portable device for cloud gaming

After Logitech and Tencent, it's Razer's turn to present its own mobile device for game streaming from the most popular cloud services of our time, such as Xbox Cloud Gaming, Nvidia GeForce NOW and Steam Link.

The company unveiled the Razer Edge, a powerful Android tablet with a 6.8'' AMOLED FHD+ screen (2400 x 1080, 144Hz), Qualcomm Snapdragon G3x Gen1 processor, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, 128GB UFS 3.1 storage (expandable with microSD), front camera 5MP 1080p/60fps, WiFi 6E antennas, Bluetooth 5.2 and option for 5G, Android 12 operating system, 2x stereo speakers, USB-C connector and 5000mAh battery.

The Razer Edge comes with the Razer Kishi V2 Pro controller that clips onto the device via the USB-C port and adds, in addition to the control buttons and joysticks, a 3.5mm headphone jack. The thickness reaches 11mm and weighs 401gr together with the remote control.

According to the company, the Razer Edge will be released in January 2023 with a starting price of $399.99 for the WiFi version, while the 5G version will be available exclusively on the Verizon network in the US.
