Senior Account Manager (Russian Speaking) | Limassol

Our sales team plays a vital role within our organization. We are seeking a Russian-speaking experienced Senior Account Manager to join the #PrimetelTeam, contributing to our continued growth and achievement of our objectives.


Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in Limassol.


What will your job look like?

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets, focusing on acquiring new clients, penetrating new markets, and expanding the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Seek out opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and pain points. Provide customized solutions to address their telecom requirements and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of Primetel’s products and services effectively, aligning them with the client's business goals. Present proposals, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and win new business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, engineering, operations, and support, to develop comprehensive solutions, ensure successful service delivery, and provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track activities, analyze sales data, and key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with new clients, ensuring mutual agreement and compliance with company policies while maximizing revenue potential and minimizing risk.

All you need is…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecom or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with key account management.
  • In-depth understanding of the telecom industry, including products, services, solutions and trends is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Demonstrated sales acumen and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition, with a focus on identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills. Proficiency in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Goal-oriented, able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
