Sony has officially announced that the new DualSense Edge wireless controller, the first with fully reprogrammable all buttons and sticks, will be released worldwide on January 26, 2023. Built with the highest possible performance and personalization in mind, the DualSense Edge controller for PS5 invites gamers to create their own unique gaming experience by configuring control points in their style.

The DualSense Edge will be available for a suggested retail price of €239.99, while the interchangeable stick modules will be sold globally from January 26, 2023, for €24.99 each. Pre-orders for both the controller and the stick modules will begin next Wednesday, October 25, 2022, at select retailers.

The DualSense Edge comes with plenty of hardware and software configuration options, including button remapping, the ability to adjust the sensitivity of sticks and triggers, and options to switch between different user profiles via the dedicated Fn button, while retaining all the great features of the original DualSense controller (haptic feedback, adaptive triggers).

You can turn the DualSense Edge into a unique remote control in your hands with the three different sets of interchangeable stick caps and two sets for the rear buttons, which are included in the separate carrying case. Note that you can charge the DualSense Edge even when it's in its case via USB-C.
