Spotify officially unveiled Car Thing, an experimental device that will be launched this season to a limited number of eligible users in the U.S. This new smart player of Spotify will fill your car with music, news, talk, and anything else you choose for your entertainment, offering its users a pleasant ride while driving.

Spotify’s Car Thing makes the entire experience simple and seamless. Its users can use voice control for easy access. Spotify’s voice search lets users play specific music or podcasts, and can even help them find something new. They should just say “Hey Spotify”, and then ask for a song.

It also comes with a large 4-inch touchscreen and with the four microphones along the top, it can understand what users are asking to play, even with the music turned up or their windows down.

Spotify’s Car Thing is priced at $ 79.99, but unfortunately, Spotify hasn’t officially announced when and if it will be available to all customers.
