Termination of non-commercially available Mobile Telephony Plan

Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) informs you that from 1^st of May 2022, is proceeding gradually with the abolition of the non-commercially available program "GIGA SMART XL".

All existing subscribers of the "GIGA SMART XL" mobile plan will be automatically transferred to the "GIGA UNLIMITED" mobile plan and will enjoy Unlimited minutes, SMS and GB.

Subscribers who wish to choose transfer to a specific plan, can contact Primetel customer service before 01/05/2022.

Notes:

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website www.primetel.com.cy on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
