Upgrade & Price Adjustment for Mobile Basic, Smart Basic, Giga Smart, Giga Unlimited, Giga Unlimited 5G and 5G Max Plans for Business and Corporate subscribers starting June 1st, 2026

Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) announces the following as per its obligation.

Upgrade & Price Adjustment for Mobile Basic, Smart Basic, Giga Smart, Giga Unlimited, Giga Unlimited 5G and 5G Max Plans for Business and Corporate subscribers starting June 1st, 2026

As part of our commitment to continuously upgrade our services, and in order to support the growing demands on our infrastructure, a price adjustment will take effect on June 1st, 2026, for your Mobile plan. The increase will not exceed €2 (two Euro) per month per subscription, in order to be aligned with the current commercially available pricing.

At the same time, Giga Smart and Giga Unlimited plans will be automatically upgraded to Giga Unlimited 5G, as to enjoy Unlimited internet with Ultra-fast 5G connection speeds.

Moreover, non-commercially available Mobile Basic and Smart Basic 100MB plans, will be automatically upgraded to Smart Basic 200MB plan with monthly fee 3.99€ per subscription.

We understand that price changes are never pleasant and we remain committed to delivering even greater value with every connection.

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
