Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) announces the following as per its obligation.
1. Upgrade & Price Adjustment for Giga Smart (non-commercially available) and Giga Unlimited Plans Starting August 1st, 2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our services, we would like to inform you that, starting from August 1st, 2025, your current plan will be automatically upgraded to Giga Unlimited Plus. With this upgrade, you will enjoy:
• Unlimited internet with no speed restrictions
• Ultra-fast connection speeds, designed to fully unlock the potential of Primetel’s new 5G network, which is steadily expanding across all major urban centers.
• More roaming data within the European Union
• Enhanced usage limits for subscribers with higher demands, thanks to our improved fair usage policy
To continue delivering high-quality services, we have made significant investments over the past few years to expand and upgrade our network. These upgrades allow us to offer faster, more reliable, and efficient connectivity across Cyprus.
As part of these service improvements, a price adjustment will take effect on August 1st, 2025, with a maximum increase of €2 per month per subscription.
For subscribers with multiple active connections, the total monthly increase will not exceed €4.
We understand that price changes are never pleasant, but we are committed to delivering even greater value with every connection.
2. Upgrade & Price Adjustment for Smart Basic Plan Starting August 1st, 2025
As part of our ongoing service enhancements, your current plan will be automatically upgraded starting August 1st, 2025, with 200MB of included data.
The new monthly fee will be as follows:
Mobile Plan Mobile Internet New Fee from 1/8/2025
Smart Basic 100 200MB €3.99
Subscribers with 5 or more active Smart Basic connections are exempt from this upgrade.

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non-acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
