We’re looking for a Business Sales Consultant to help us grow our customer base and build strong relationships with residential and small to medium business clients.

Location: This is a full-time, remote position for Nicosia and the role requires representing the company at public events and promotional activities.

What will your job look like?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage them effectively.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions to customers.
• Keep all sales activities updated in the CRM.

• Previous experience in a Sales position
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Educated to a degree level
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken). 
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
