What will you be doing?

The Call Centre Representative role can be challenging and here's what you will be doing:

• Act as an interface between the customers and the company by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Handle, support and guide customers from start to end by providing a tailored experience. Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and services by phone
• Generate/follow up on sales opportunities to reach sales targets

• We are looking for people who enjoy helping customers! We will provide you with comprehensive training on various topics, but we won't train you on how to be polite! 🤷
• Have previous experience working in customer service, either in retail or hospitality.
• Previous sales experience in retail: being excited to work in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Have an interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and who are excited to start their career in a telecommunications company.
• Are flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and Saturdays on a rotation basis, within Call Centre's opening hours. Rest assured, the scheduled weekly hours are 40, and you will receive your schedule in advance.
• Are fluent in both Greek and English languages.
