This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus.


As a Corporate Support Engineer, you will be part of our technical support team, providing 2nd level support to business customers and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective issue resolution. 


What will you be doing?

The Corporate Support Engineer role can be challenging and here's what you will be doing:

  • Provide 2nd level technical support to business customers
  • Monitor, administer, and support servers and service platforms
  • Troubleshoot service issues and support service delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical and operational matters
  • Contribute to the testing and development of new services
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical and service documentation

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP)
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to quickly learn and use customer support systems
  • Very good command of Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise tasks


Working hours:

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required. Working hours are between 08:00 and 20:00. Total scheduled working time is 38 hours per week, and shift schedules are provided in advance. The role also includes participation in a weekly on-call/standby rotation.
