Location: This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus.
As a Corporate Support Engineer, you will be part of our technical support team, providing 2nd level support to business customers and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective issue resolution.

Working hours:
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required. Working hours are between 08:00 and 20:00. Total scheduled working time is 38 hours per week, and shift schedules are provided in advance. The role also includes participation in a weekly on-call/standby rotation.
