What will your job look like?

Accountable to the Supervisor of Directory Services Department

• Provide call center operator support for the PrimeTel Directory Inquiries department (11800)
• Attend to customers queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Handle all necessary systems in order to provide exceptional customer support

All you need is…

• Experience in a services environment is desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and ability to handle pressure from customers
• Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek & English language
• Availability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays (5 shifts/week)

Remote work is necessary until further notice. All you need is:

• Access to the Internet
• A dedicated working station with no interruptions
