1. The offer of mobile telephony «2024A», of Primetel PLC (hereinafter “Primetel”) applies from the 27/02/2024 until the 31/03/2024, on a mobile telephony 24 month (hereinafter “contract duration”) contract commitment (hereinafter the “Offer”).


2. Subscribers who receive the Offer will be able to benefit from GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Plans of their choice by receiving either:

a. discount on the monthly fee for twenty-four (24) months of the contract duration, depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Plan of their choice

or,

b. subsidy for device and discount on monthly fee for twenty-four (24) months of the contract duration, depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Plan of their choice

The New subscribers who will choose, online either through the Primetel’s website, primetel.com.cy, or through the My Primetel App, the GIGA UNLIMITED Plus or GIGA UNLIMITED Max Program through Offer (a) or (b), will additionally have the option to also benefit from the Marshall Major IV Bluetooth Black device worth €120 while stocks last.

The Subscribers will receive the device via courier after the activation of their services.

It is clarified that the device will be available for collection by the Subscriber for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, which commences from the day of activation of the services.

In case the Subscriber does not collect and /or receive the device within the 60 calendar days period due to his/her own fault, he/she loses the right to acquire it.

3. The Offer is addressed exclusively to:

a. New subscribers who will transfer an existing active (contract or prepaid) mobile number to any Primetel GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Mobile Phone Plan with a 24-month contract commitment when applying at a Primetel store or online (through My Primetel app or Primetel website: primetel.com.cy).

b. New subscribers who will subscribe with a new number to any Primetel GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Mobile Phone Plan with a 24-month contract commitment, when applying at a Primetel store or online (through My Primetel app or Primetel website primetel.com.cy).

c. Existing Primetel Subscribers, whose existing contract Initial duration has expired and they wish to renew their contract, with a 24-month contract commitment upon signing their contract at a Primetel store, to any Primetel GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Mobile Phone Plan

4. It is specified that for the second or any additional subscription to the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Mobile Telephony Plans, the subscriber may benefit from a discount on the monthly subscription depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Program of his choice. In the event, the subscriber has benefited from a device subsidy or device subsidy and discount on monthly fee for the first subscription with this or any other offer he/she cannot be benefited a second time with a device subsidy or device subsidy and discount on monthly fee.

5. It is hereby specified that subscribers who will opt for the device subsidy and discount on monthly fee, will be called to receive their device, only after the activation of the services, by showing their identity at the shop where they signed their contract. Subscribers who will opt for the Offer with the device subsidy online, through Primetel website primetel.com.cy or My Primetel App will receive their device, only after the activation of the services via courier.

6. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.

7. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic package of the Offer

8. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel.

9. The Offer cannot be combined with other current Primetel’s Mobile Offers. This Offer can be combined with other current Home Internet and / or TV offers.

10. After the expiration of the twenty-four (24) months of the contract duration, the monthly subscription as is stated in the subscriber's contract will apply.

11. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) as well as the Special Terms and Conditions governing Primetel’s GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED Plans (“STC GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED Plans”) apply. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and/or STC GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED Plans and these terms, the latter will prevail.

12. In case of early termination of the Agreement for the Provision of Primetel Services, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply and the subscriber is obliged to pay, inter alia, the remaining value of any amount by which the latter has been subsidized by Primetel to obtain any equipment and/or goods as well as the pro rata value of any device received under the Offer. These amounts are calculated pro rata to the remaining term up to the end of the Agreement and the total duration of the Agreement. Subscribers who will receive the Offer, in case of early termination of the Agreement for the Provision of Primetel Services, exceptionally will not be charged with the Administrative cost for early termination which as published in Primetel’s website.

    It’s quick and easy. Simply visit one of our Customer Support Centers with the following:

    • Political ID (passport for non-permanent residents)
    • SIM card
    • Most recent bill (if you are transferring a Pay Monthly number)

    * We’ll provide you with a new PrimeTel Mobile SIM card. Within 6 days you will receive a confirmation text so that you can replace your old SIM card with the new one provided.

    Τhe settings of your mobile device for accessing the

    Internet may need to be configured manually following the

    instructions below:

    APN (access point name): ip.primetel

    “Username” and “password” remain empty

    To reduce the risk of theft of mobile phones and acting in accordance with the instructions of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Primetel recognizes the seriousness of the event of theft of mobile phones and allows you to enter the IMEI (International Mobile Phone Code) of your mobile phone in the Black List to prevent its use by another person.

    If your device is lost or stolen:

    1. Call us on 133 and report this, and we will immediately deactivate your SIM card.
    2. Report the loss of your device to the police, providing your phone’s IMEI code. Police should give you certificate of loss which you should provide it at the nearest shop of Primetel.
    3. In order to replace your SIM card, visit any of our PrimeTel Customer Support Centers with your political ID (passport for non-permanent residents) to request a new SIM card. The cost for a replacement SIM Card is €10. Your phone number will remain the same.

    Then…

    1. By placing the device on the Black List, it can’t be used on Primetel’s network.
    2. Any charges that arise from the moment of loss of the device until the moment of notification of the loss to Primetel, become payable.
    3. If you find your device, you must inform the Police who will provide you with a certificate of removal of the device from the Black List, which you should provide to the nearest store of Primetel.

    Useful Tips

    1. Make sure you are aware of the 15 digit IMEI number (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of your device:
    2. • Look on the sticker beneath the battery;
      • Look for it in the box of the mobile phone and to the proof of purchase or;
      • Dial *#06# on your phone

    3. If you have a Smartphone, you should start IMMEDIATELY changing the codes of the applications/pages from which you had access from your mobile phone (eg Facebook, Twitter, Google account, Web Banking, etc.) so that the thief can not proceed with any further malicious acts.
    4. If you have a Smartphone and you have installed any applications for remote management/lock or track, use it immediately.
    5. Keep a record about your phone in a safe place (IMEI, model, color, appearance, PIN numbers).
    6. Use the lock code or password feature on your phone at all times.
    7. Keep your phone secure and out of sight when not in use.
