How to add Google Password Manager to your home screen

Using a password manager on Android devices is the right way to protect your accounts from cyber attacks without having to memorize complex passwords to access them.

Google has integrated its own Password Manager into the Android OS that helps you create strong passwords for all your accounts, but until recently it was a bit complicated to manage. From now on, however, you can place it directly on the home screen of your device to loosen your arms.

Once you are sure that you have Google Play Services version 22.18 (or later) installed, you can go to your device settings menu and find Autofill service from Google and then Passwords in the Privacy section.

From there, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner to display the settings menu and there you will see the option Add Shortcut to your Home Screen. That was it, now you can instantly access all your passwords easily and quickly!
