Microsoft has officially announced that it is enhancing its Bing search engine and Microsoft Edge browser with the Bing Image Creator tool, which enables users to create images from short written descriptions by taking advantage of OpenAI's deep learning DALL-E model.

DALL-E is designed for generating digital images from written descriptions and is one of the most popular and capable tools of this kind. According to Microsoft, Bing Image Creator uses an upgraded version of Bing Image Creator, but in this first phase it will only be available in the Creative Mode trial until it is guaranteed to work properly.

To access Bing Image Creator you'll need to either be part of the Bing preview test or have been approved for the new version of the Microsoft Edge browser. Even so, though, there's a possibility that you may have to wait for a while because the launch is being phased in on both the desktop and mobile versions.

If you have opted in, then you can declare a description, add details such as location and activity or even choose a specific art style in order to make the unique image.
