We are looking for Rollout Engineer to join our Technology Team!

Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in either Nicosia.


What will you be doing?

• Oversee mobile site rollout, including site surveys, construction monitoring, and acceptace
• Manage commissioning of BTS and Microwave systems, ensuring timely site launches
• Coordinate with engineering, architects, and RF/RNO teams for site build requirements (power, fibre, grounding)
• Supervise multiple site projects, addressing on-site issues and ensuring preventive actions to minimise incidents
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and data entry into internal/external systems
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and project teams
• Perform on-call maintenance interventions and rigging/climbing activities when required.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Previous experience in mobile site rollout, construction, or telecom fieldwork
• BSc in Engineering, Electrical/Computers or Electronics Engineering will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge in fiber handling/splicing
• Ability to lift heavy objects and working at heights
• Registered EMS or ΥΕΚΟ (ETEK registration is an advantage)
• Valid driving license (manual)
• Fluency in Greek and English language 
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Attention to detail/ accuracy and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
