Our Hiring Process

Here are the steps we usually follow, although they may vary depending on the position:

  • Application: Begin by searching through the list of open jobs on our website and submit your application online. Once we receive your application, we will review it to determine if your profile aligns with the requirements of the role.

  • Pre-screening interview: If you capture our attention, we will reach out to you to schedule a pre-screening interview. This can be conducted via phone call, video chat, or in-person meeting. It provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role and Primetel, and for us to get to know you better while understanding your motivations.

  • Interview/s: Following the pre-screening interview and mutual interest from both parties (remember, it's not just about us choosing you, but also about you choosing us), we will contact you to schedule the first interview. During this interview, you will have the opportunity to meet the hiring manager and potential co-workers. The purpose of this stage is to delve deeper into your experience and skillset. At the same time, you will have the chance to assess if the role aligns with your expectations and if you are a good fit for the hiring manager and Primetel. Please note that depending on the role and the number of shortlisted candidates, we may invite you to a second interview.

  • Assessment/s: Depending on the skills required for the role, we may request that you complete an assessment or provide work samples. This allows us to gain a better understanding of your abilities and how you can contribute to our team.
  • Decision: After thorough consideration, we will make a decision and inform you of the outcome. If you are not selected, we will ensure to notify you. However, if we believe you are the right fit, we will extend an offer to join our team.
