PrimeTel is looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management team!

What your daily routine will look like:

  • Establish and implement a comprehensive evaluation of the company’s revenue chain, from Network to Rating & Billing, to Invoicing and Financial systems
  • Establishment of detective, corrective and preventive processes, documentation, and controls to minimize revenue leakage and ensure correct cost management for improving profit
  • Extract data from multiple sources and conduct reconciliation checks and analysis to identify and correct areas of revenue leakage
  • Develop strategies to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue and cost management
  • Overview the revenue and cost detailed reporting and budgeting for Products
  • Ensure billing and invoicing compliance and prepare reconciliation reports to identify and prevent errors
  • Ensure transparent & efficient business processes for minimizing revenue leakage and improving profits
  • Involvement in the establishment of fraud prevention policies and processes
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with involved departments in order to obtain data for performing reconciliation checks, as well as for cascading information for the Revenue Assurance policies.

What profile the ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering or any other related field, but it is not a requirement if strong technical understanding can be proved.
  • Experience in an IT/IS Audit position or holder of CISA will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a significant advantage
  • Ability to perform linkage across multiple large volume transactional sources
  • Data analysis experience in Financial / Business Operations, Revenue Assurance & Fraud
  • Highly analytical skills
  • User experience with Billing Support Systems will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and especially of MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Be able to communicate well and maintain good business relationships with both commercial and technical people/teams
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and especially of MS Excel
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written & spoken)
