What your daily routine will look like:

• Handle the start-to-end Talent Acquisition process, from hiring needs to approvals, candidates sourcing & selection, employment offers, and joining formalities
• Relate to the Learning & Development team for coordinating the newcomers’ Induction program
• Monitor the related headcount and advertisement budgets
• Provide support to all internal customers with regards to Talent Acquisition, HR practices, Policies, and Procedures
• Manage the exit process for employees leaving the company
• Maintain and update related records, systems, reports, and the company’s Careers page
• Maintain the relationship with all relevant authorities
• Perform other HR Generalist tasks and participate in projects as per the department’s needs
• Observe GDPR in all aspects of the role

    What profile the ideal candidate should have:

    • At least 2 years experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a relevant industry
    • Fluency in Greek and English, verbal and written, is a must
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage large Excel data and analysis, is mandatory
    • University Degree in Human Resources Management is desirable
    • Maturity in handling confidential information & high personal ethics and integrity are essential
    • Good knowledge of Cyprus employment law
    • Excellent customer orientation
    • Good numerical understanding
    • Very good written communication skills, with the ability to write reports
    • Ability to prioritize and to meet tight deadlines, without close supervision
    • Availability for Work from Home, with rare visits to the office if and when required/permitted
    • Availability for occasional travel to other Company locations throughout Cyprus, conditions permitting it
