This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus or within the GMT+2 time zone.

What will you be doing?

The Technical Support Operator role can be challenging and here's what you will be doing:

  • Act as an interface between the customers and the company by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical issues
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams
  • Promote company products and services
  • Handle information and billing inquiries efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs

  • We are looking for people who enjoy helping customers! We will provide you with comprehensive training on various topics, but we won't train you on how to be polite! 🤷
  • Have previous experience working in customer service, either in retail or hospitality.
  • Have an interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and who are excited to start their career in a telecommunications company.
  • Are flexible to work in shifts, including weekends on a rotation basis, within Call Centre's opening hours. Rest assured, the scheduled weekly hours are 40, and you will receive your schedule in advance.
  • Are fluent in both Greek and English languages.
