Twitter is working on a new feature called Flock

Twitter is testing a new feature, much like Instagram’s Close Friends, called Flock, that will allow users to tweet to followers in a closed group.

According to mobile developer Allesandro Paluzzi, Twitter seems to be working on a page that shows more information on its ‘Flock’ which explains users can add up to 150 members. Only these users can view or reply to tweets sent out to their Flock. And in case they decide they don’t want someone in their Flock anymore, they can remove people from their list, and they won’t get a notification.

The company hasn’t revealed any other information about Flock, but we expect it to be available exclusively to Twitter Blue subscribers.
