If you are a history enthusiast or looking for a new web game to play, Wikitrivia could be worth your time. Tom Watson, the game's creator, describes it as "a trivia card game".

Each player receives a card with a question such as "When the Bastille was built" or "When were the Foo Fighters were formed" and then he must place the card in the correct spot in the Timeline. Three mistakes are allowed, and lives are represented by hearts. When you lose all your hearts, you lose and restart with a new timeline.

There's also the possibility that the data will be wrong, but Watson has started a thread on Github where users can report faulty cards or data. The page also encourages visitors to submit any required edits to Wikipedia, which might lead to more accurate answers across the web.
