Announcement – Enrichment of Fiber packages with TV

Primetel informs you that as of March 3, 2025, all Home Fiber packages for Individual Subscribers will be enriched with the "Entertainment" TV package. This will allow you to enjoy a rich selection of news and entertainment content through 50 channels on your Smart TV!

All existing Subscribers of Home Fiber packages who have an internet service without TV and participate in the Broadband Connectivity Subsidy Plan of the Department of Electronic Communications, the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, and have signed the relevant service contract of our company until 02/02/2025 will be automatically enriched with the "Entertainment" TV package, with an additional cost of €2/month added to their subscription fee. They will gain access to top international series, documentaries, children’s content, news, fashion, and entertainment!

Upon activation of the TV service, you will receive SMS instructions on your registered contact number with credentials required to log into the application. The app can be found on the Google Play Store, Samsung App Store, or LG Content Store on your Smart TV!

Subscribers who wish to receive more information about this change,upgrade to a different TV package or remove the "Entertainment" TV package, can contact customer service by calling 133 or filling out the form here by February 28, 2025.

Notes:

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
