Announcement: TV Package Pricelist Update

Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) announces the following rates as per its obligation.

As from 01/04/2024 below changes will apply on TV services:

1. Basic TV pack will be enriched with the channels:

• Sky News

• CNBC

• Investigation Discovery

• Nat Geo Wild

• National Geographic

• E! Entertainment

• Travel Channel

• FOX Life

• FOX

• Extreme Sports

• Motorvision TV

and monthly fee will be increased by 2.00€

2. For TV packages Cyprus Sports, Premium, Premium Extra and Full pack, as well as for the non-commercially available Premium Plus, monthly fee will be increased by 2.00€, due to increased cost of content rights.

From the above price updates, Subscribers participating in subsidy program launched by the Department of Electronic Communications (DEC) of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy until 29/02/2024 are excluded.

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website www.primetel.com.cy on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
