Apple has officially announced the new iPhone SE, which comes with a compact and durable glass and metal construction, but also very important upgrades such as the A15 Bionic processor that activates advanced capabilities for the camera and ensures great autonomy, as well as the 5G antenna.

The iPhone SE is both durable and impressive in appearance, with a combination of aluminum and the most durable glass front and rear, while it is IP67 certified for protection against water and dust. There is again the classic home button centrally below the screen, which has a built-in Touch ID for fast and secure unlocking, but also for certifying the user when he wants to log in to applications or approve transactions through Apple Pay etc.

At its core is the powerful A15 Bionic mobile processor with a 6-core CPU, 16-core Neural Engine that allows it to perform 15.8 trillion processes per second and unlock features such as Live Text for the camera application. In conjunction with the iOS 15 operating system, users enjoy even greater autonomy compared to the previous generation. It also supports wireless charging with compatible Qi standard chargers.

At the back is a new camera system powered by the A15 Bionic, with a 12MP f / 1.8 sensor and a wide-angle lens, which offers advantages such as Smart HDR 4, Photographic Styles, Deep Fusion and Portrait mode.

With the new 5G modem, iPhone SE users have access to the latest generation of networks for faster uploads and downloads, less latency and generally better quality in experiences such as FaceTime calls when connected to a mobile network. With iOS 15, they can also use SharePlay via 5G to watch TV shows or HDR movies with their friends. Smart Data mode also helps save energy by automatically switching to LTE networks when 5G speeds are not needed.

The new iPhone SE will be available in Midnight (black), Starlight (white) and (PRODUCT) RED (red) from Friday, March 18, 2022.
