ASUS ROG unveiled the new ROG Phone 5 series, including ROG Phone 5, ROG Phone 5 Pro, and a limited-edition ROG Phone 5 Ultimate. ROG Phone 5 series is the latest incarnation of the world’s most advanced gaming smartphone.
All three models are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, which is placed in the center, in order to channel heat uniformly as a result of the new cooling system. The company has integrated functions and tools to optimize their gaming experience by offering the option for battery saving or maximum efficiency.
The ROG Phone 5 series includes two batteries of 3000mAh (total of 6000mAh) that are loaded with a maximum power of 65W for 0-50% in just 15 minutes. The 65W charger is included in the package.
It should be mentioned that Pro and Ultimate have a second tiny screen in the back for notifications, and two stereo speakers arranged by Dirac with ESS DAC for high-quality sound.
Furthermore, other features include 6.78 '' AMOLED E4 screen with FHD + resolution with up to 144Hz image refresh rate, 8GB to 18GB LPDDR5 RAM, 128GB to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, fingerprint sensor below the screen, triple camera 64MP + 5MP ult, 24MP front camera, WiFi 6E antennas, Bluetooth 5.2, dual GPS, NFC, 5G and Android 11 operating system with ROG UI user interface.
The basic version of the ASUS ROG Phone 5 will be released in Europe in March, the Pro version in April, and the Ultimate version in May.
