Announcement International Calls & Roaming Pricelist Update

As from 01/05/2025 the fees of the below services are modified as follows:

• For Mobile Post-paid Subscribers, Prepaid Subscribers and Fixed Telephony, whose available talk time from their packages has been exhausted, additional charge of €0.01 will apply for each successful outbound International call.
• For Mobile Post-paid and Prepaid Subscribers, billing step for outbound while Roaming without European Union countries is set to 60 seconds.
• For Mobile Post-paid and Prepaid Subscribers, whose available talk time from their packages has been exhausted, additional charge of €0.01 will apply for each successful chargeable outbound International call while Roaming within European Union countries.
• For Mobile Post-paid and Prepaid Subscribers, additional charge of €0.01 will apply for each successful chargeable outbound International call while Roaming in non European Union countries.
• For Mobile Post-paid and Prepaid Subscribers, additional charge of €0.01 will apply for each successful chargeable inbound call while Roaming without European Union countries.

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website www.primetel.com.cy on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
