SEGA is preparing for the big reboot of the very successful and historic Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio games, as part of the new Super Game initiative announced last May. In addition to the two reboots, the company will launch a new first-person shooter with the logic of Fortnite, ie in the form of live service that will include small transactions and will be constantly updated with new content.

As for the reboots of Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio, the information says that they have been in development since last year, but it will take at least 2-3 years to launch them to the public. The reason for the delay has clearly to do with the goal set by the company for a radical renewal with modern elements in the gameplay and top quality graphics.

The question is whether it will be able to turn the eyes of gamers again to two games that stood out since the early 2000s for their arcade and relaxed nature. If he decides to take the gameplay seriously in a different philosophy, then no one can be sure that they will convince the audience. On the other hand, we must not forget that SEGA is still a huge company with great tradition and know-how in the gaming industry.
